Farm Activities: There's Lots to Do!
When your family comes to the farm you will all be hard pressed to decide which fun thing to try first! We have farm fun activities for everyone with more great activities planned for the future! Check out the great things you can do at Manna Fields Farm.
•••In the Fall...
Corn Maze
Get lost in our amazing corn maze! With every twist and turn, you’ll trek deeper and deeper into the maze. Using your passport and following the clues you’ll find your way from start to finish and want to start all over again! Each year our design changes to keep you challenged while having fun getting lost!
*New* Pig Races
You’ll go hog wild at our pig races! This new attraction is sure to be a family favorite as everyone cheers on their favorite oinkster. Once you’re at the farm listen for announcements telling you when the races will begin!
Pumpkins!
This year we built a new pumpkin house to hold our pumpkins. We have Cinderella’s, Fairy tales, Blue and White Luminas, Peanut Pumpkins all kinds of Gourds, and of course Carving Jacks of all sizes. This is a great way for us to show off our great variety of pumpkins and eliminate the problem of those pesty fire ants. It is also a great photo spot, so don’t forget your camera!
Corn Cannons
Load those corncobs and blast them to oblivion with our powerful corn cannons! $2 for 6 shots. Challenge your buddies to see who’s the best shot! Our little Pumpkin Flingers are also $2 for 6 shots. Or check out our catapult that will throw a pumpkin 100-150 yards. $5 for one shot.
*New* Trails of Terror
This year we’re going all out to spook you by adding a haunted section to our
Corn Maze. The ghouls are coming to Manna Fields. NOTE! This event is a separate
admission for only $10.00 per person. Trails of Terror will be open the two Saturdays before Halloween and of course Halloween night.
•••In the Spring...
Butterfly Gardens
We're wild about our little wildflower patch that is shaped like butterfly! And so are the birds and butterflies. We have told the hummingbirds that the garden officially opens in March this year, so they are spreading the word, "Y'all come on over!" Get more info on the Butterfly Gardens page.
School Field Trips
Kids and teachers just love the hands-on learning experience of visiting Manna Fields Farm. And our doggie greets every arriving school bus with great excitement! •••Spring and Fall...
*New* Jumping Pillow
We are so excited about our newest attraction to the farm. It is a giant Jumping Pillow. Sure to be a hit with kids of all ages and it is a great way to get your kids a good night’s sleep. Cost for Jumping Pillow is $3.00, or $2.00 if you get the combo at the time you pay admission.
*New* Giant Roller Slide
You’ll love rolling down our new slide! Over 15ft high and plenty wide, it will accommodate all ages and sizes. Small children will go down at a safe pace, because the heavier you are the faster you roll. Thanks to Lenco Plumbing Supply for contributing the materials to build this fun new slide.
Corn Box
When’s the last time you wriggled your fingers and toes deep into inches of smooth golden - corn? Kids will have a blast scooping, pouring and rolling in the thousands of kernels of corn in our great Corn Box!
Campfire Pits
You bring the weenies -- we'll provide the firewood! Campfire Pits are available for 2 hour rentals, and each site is limited to 20 folks. (That's to leave plenty of room for everyone to toast their toes and cozy up to the fire.) Site rental fees - only $35. If your group has more than 20 people, you will need to rent another Campfire Pit. You'll need a reservation, since the number of Campfire Pits we have are limited. And don't be afraid of cranking up a little sing-along around the fire. It's great agri-tainment!
Farm Birthday Parties
Plan your child's birthday party at Manna Fields Farm. We have several party packages to choose from, and it's a sure-fire thing that this party will be one of your child's (and their guests') most memorable!

Farm Train
Children of all ages can take a ride in our Farm Train. Pile on in and we’ll
take you for a very “moo-ving” ride around the farm in our black and white cow
train! This year we are adding several new cars. You'll love the designs. If you are interested in renting our farm train for your birthday party or special event, please call 979-849-COWS to see if it is available. You can rent the train even if we’re not open.
*New* Duck Races
The kiddos sure enjoy pumping our old-fashioned hand water pumps as fast as they can to see which little duckie will reach the end first. Not to mention the kids enjoy splashing around a little themselves too!
Hay Rides
There’s nothing quite like a traditional Texas hay ride under the sunny skies or starry nights. Jump on up into our tractor-pulled trailer loaded with bales of hay and sing and laugh as we ride around the farm!
Hay Mountain
Dive, slip and slide, and bury yourself under piles of sweet, clean hay. You and your kids will have bundles and bundles of fun on our giant Hay Mountain.
Farm Animals
What’s a farm without animals? Visit the cool country critters that live at Manna Fields Farm. Cluck, cluck! Neigh! Come listen and learn all about your favorite farm animals.
Pick A Butterfly Bouquet
Zinnias, Cosmos, Daisies, Mexican Hats, Sunflowers, and Poppies are just a few of the beautiful flowers you can pick from our Butterfly Garden. For $5 you can pick a beautiful bouquet to take home and enjoy.
Relaxing Picnic Areas
We understand that it can get expensive for a family to enjoy a day out so while we are still working at getting a real BBQ Hut complete with tasty treats, we invite you to bring your own picnic. (It helps us if you buy your drinks here and remember we like fried chicken!)
